1. Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States only. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays will be processed on the next business day.


4. How long does shipping take?

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.


5. How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

If you have not received your tracking information within a reasonable time, please contact our support team.


6. Can I cancel my order?

Yes. Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of being placed.

After this period, your order may already be processed or shipped and may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item meets our return requirements.

Include your order number and clear photos of the item so we can review your request. Approved claims will receive a free replacement.


10. Are Final Sale items refundable?

Yes. Final Sale items may be eligible for a refund in accordance with our return policy. Once approved, refunds are processed within 14 business days.


11. When will I receive my refund?

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.

Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
