Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States only. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1 business day after payment is successfully received.
  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays.
  • Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days.

While we strive to meet these delivery estimates, shipping times may occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control, including:

  • Severe weather conditions
  • Carrier delays
  • High order volumes
  • Holidays
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information

Free Shipping

We are pleased to offer FREE standard shipping on all orders within the United States.

There are no minimum purchase requirements to qualify for free shipping.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address during checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

Once an order has been shipped, we may be unable to modify the shipping address.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

If your package is delayed, please allow additional time for the carrier to complete delivery.

If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please:

  • Check around your delivery location.
  • Ask neighbors or household members.
  • Contact the shipping carrier directly.

If you still cannot locate your package, please contact our customer support team, and we will do our best to assist you.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

To help us resolve your request as quickly as possible, please include:

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will provide a free replacement for damaged or incorrect items after verifying the issue.
